  • Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must not have been used, altered, or washed.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Return Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send back the item.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your merchandise.
  • Item Inspection: Upon receipt, the returned item will be inspected to verify its condition. Items that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back to the customer.
  • Exchange Processing: If the return is approved, the exchange item will be processed and shipped to you. If the desired item is unavailable, you may select another item of equal value within the same category.
