Description

The Rotax 125 MAX DD2 EVO drives the rear axle directly through an integrated two-speed gearbox, with no chain, and is shifted with paddles on the steering wheel. First launched in 2002, it is the most powerful engine of the Rotax MAX EVO range at 34 hp, for drivers aged 15 and over. Supplied in the UAE by an authorised Rotax dealer in Dubai.

• Carburettor: Dell’Orto VHSB 34, slide type with float chamber; fuel pump driven by crankcase pulses, with inline fuel filter
• Ignition: ECU-controlled, timing calculated from an engine speed sensor; no manual adjustment required or possible
• Starter: electric, relay-switched; power button activates the ignition, a second press starts the engine
• Balance gear on the primary shaft, rotating counter to the crankshaft
• Exhaust: tuned resonance system with after-muffler; intake silencer with multi-layer air filter
