A bare frame is the OTK chassis frame on its own, without the components that make up a complete kart. It is the usual choice when a frame is damaged or tired and you want to move your existing parts onto a new one, or when you build a kart to your own specification. This section lists bare frames of the 2025-2027 homologation for all eight OTK brands, supplied in the UAE by Scuderia General Trading, official OTK distributor.

• OK / Direct Drive: 30 mm frames for the BWD brake system, for example the Tony Kart Direct Drive BWD D.30.
• KZ / Shifter: 30 mm frames for the BWZ system, such as the Kosmic Shifter BWZ D.30.
• Rotax DD2: 30 mm BWZ frames, such as the LN Kart Rotax DD2 BWZ D.30.
• Mini Rookie EVS and Mini Rookie EVM frames, for example the Exprit Mini Kart Rookie EVM.
By brand

Check that the brake system of the frame (BWD or BWZ) matches the components you plan to fit. Frames of the previous homologation are listed under Bare Frames 2022, and complete karts under Kart Chassis.
