Payment methods

You can pay securely at checkout with:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and other major cards)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • All card payments are processed securely by WooPayments (by Automattic, powered by Stripe)

For large orders, team orders and pre-orders we also accept bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Contact sales@kartshop.me.

Currency and VAT

  • All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and exclude 5% VAT, which is added at checkout.
  • Prices shown in other currencies are for reference only. You are charged in AED, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
  • A VAT tax invoice is issued for every order.

Security

Card payments are processed by our payment providers over encrypted connections. We never see or store your full card number or security code.

Refunds

  • Refunds are made only to the original payment method, never in cash.
  • Voluntary returns are refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. Defective, damaged or wrong items are refunded in full.
