This page lists the Vortex engines homologated by the CIK-FIA, built by Vortex, the engine brand of OTK Kart Group, and supplied in the UAE by Scuderia General Trading. They cover the international classes from Mini to KZ. Availability is shown on each product page; engines not in stock can be ordered.
Engines by class
• Vortex VTM (Mini 60): 60 cc piston-port single cylinder, air-cooled, electric start, homologated CIK-FIA for group 3.
• Vortex VTJ: 125 cc engine homologated CIK-FIA for the OK Junior class.
• Vortex VTS: 125 cc reed-valve, liquid-cooled with power valve, homologation 012-ES-11, for the OK class.
• Vortex VTS-N: the OK-N version.
• Vortex VTZ: 125 cc reed-valve, liquid-cooled, six-speed gearbox, homologation 012-EZ-01, for KZ and KZ2.
• Vortex Academy.
Note that the supplied content differs by model: according to the Vortex price list, the OK and OK Junior engines are supplied without exhaust, carburettor and engine mount, while the VTZ comes with homologated exhaust, carburettor, fuel pump and magnesium engine mount. Check each product page before ordering.
